The factories of Mahan Med Meymeh Kish Company have been constructed on a 32,000-square-meter site, as follows:
Hall No. 1:
The facility includes over 3,000 square meters of production space for manufacturing components and assembling hemodialysis sets, fistula needles, and dialysis filters; of this area, 2,700 square meters consist of ISO Class 8 (i.e., Class 100,000 per FED-STD-209) cleanrooms that meet the highest ISO 14644 standards.
Hall No. 2:
It covers an area of over 6,000 square meters, with 1,300 square meters dedicated to the hollow-fiber production plant. This facility also includes more than 500 square meters of ISO Class 8 (i.e., Class 100,000 per FED-STD-209) cleanroom space. The remainder of the hall is utilized for sodium bicarbonate powder packaging, an ETO sterilization unit, and product storage.
Service and utility buildings:
The total area of indoor and outdoor spaces dedicated to service functions and facilities for the entire plant exceeds 1,400 square meters.
Administrative and Organizational Building:
The factory complex housing the administrative offices, personnel services, security, and the engineering and R&D units spans more than 1,200 square meters.
